Volow

Volow is an Oceanic language from northern Vanuatu, which is now extinct.

  1. The language in its context

Volow used to be spoken by a small community of farmers scattered in a few villages in the eastern part of the island of Motalava, in the Banks islands, in the northern part of Vanuatu. It was anchored in a village formerly named “Volow”, and now known as Aplow.
